Ever heard of Bärlauch? It grows both cultivated and wild all over central Europe and is a super popular herb in any dish that asks for a liberal dose of garlic. Literally taken, "Bärlauch" would translate as "Bear Leek" into English. The real English name is "Ramsons", but we know it here as "Wild Garlic". We love it because it is great for all those of us who do not tolerate traditional garlic easily. Everybody should give this single flavour herb salt a try on their pasta, or any other dish you like a bit of garlic flavour on. Chances are you'll never turn back...
