Only the finest leaves, sprigs, flowers, berries and wood trimmings are hand selected. The journey takes our harvests through a small batch sorting and drying process before they are teamed up with our purposely selected natural salts and international sugars and transformed into our beautiful signature herb blends. We collect our cedar, apple & cherry wood trimmings to gently smoke our salts & peppercorns and create our unique flavours.
